The production process of gypsum can be summarized as three major processes: crushing, calcining and grinding.
Firstly, gypsum raw ore is crushed by jaw crusher or impact crusher to about 30mm, and then transported to gypsum powder grinding machine(like gypsum Raymond mill, gypsum micro powder mill) for fine grinding. The gypsum powder of the required fineness of the product after grinding is sent to the rotary kiln by the separator for calcination. If the grinded powder has not met the desired result, it will be returned to the gypsum powder grinding mill for fine grinding until it meets the expected particle size of the product.
Gypsum powder can be divided into natural gypsum, desulfurization gypsum and phosphogypsum. The calcination process of different gypsum is also different.
Natural gypsum can be calcined before grinding, such as rotary kiln calcination, gypsum can be burned into particles before grinding. It can also be ground and calcined. Most of the chemical gypsum has free water, which needs to be dried and calcined.

With the same fineness and motor power, the output of the product is more than twice as high as that of the air mill, stirring mill and ball mill.
2. Long service life of vulnerable parts
Rollers and rings are forged with special materials, which greatly improves the utilization. When the fineness of materials and finished products is the same, the service life of wear parts of impact crusher and Turbine Crusher is 2-5 times longer than that of impact crusher and turbine crusher. Generally, the service life of wear parts can reach more than one year. When processing calcium carbonate and calcite, the service life can reach 2-5 years.
3. High fineness of products
The product fineness can reach D97 < 5 micron at one time.
