Firstly, set up the water injection devices in the position of the materials inputting and outputting areas. Secondly, set up the dust exhaust apparatus in the inputting areas and the access port of the movable jaw. This is also the most common way of dust collecting. Make sure that the dust collecting hood of the discharge port vacuum cleaner is about 1 meters from the discharge port, and the dust suction hood plane is perpendicular to the dust flow direction. In addition, the connecting pipe between the suction hood and the fan of the movable jaw cleaner can be designed as a flexible pipe to facilitate the refueling and routine maintenance of the broken mobile jaw. When selecting the toothed plate, it is necessary to select a relatively large number of toothed plates with smaller tooth types, which is conducive to improving crushing efficiency and reducing dust generation.
