2. Scope of application

3.Introduction

4.Working principle
The stone pulverizer uses the motor as its power.Through the motors wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track.Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side~flee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.
5.The installation preparations of stone pulverizer
(1)When stone mill is still not yet installed on the scene, it should be properly preserved:exposed surface shall be coated with anti-rust oil and to the greatest extent avoid exposing to the weather especially prevent rust and water.We should establish a maintenance system.
(2)Factory building and foundation shall have enough height and installation according to the pulverizer mill foundation drawing size. Pulverizer mill foundation shall adopt high standard cement and must bury rebar so as to reinforce the foundation and thread pipe or cable ducts.
After cement foundation has been poured completely, pulverizer must have the maintenance period of 15 days.
(3)It should be equipped with 2-3 tons lifting tool for Raymond mill installation and maintenance.
(4)Pulverizer mill will take over 6 months from factory to put into use. We should clean up and check central axis system of the host, transmission device, roller device, the oil pool of the analysis machine etc. Afterwards, we shall add enough lubricating oil to all parts.
